Hall and Facility Rentals at Penshurst Anglican Church

Thank you for your interest in holding your event at Penshurst Anglican Church.  Our church facilities are available for rent to both members and non-members. The table listed below contains information about our facilities that we hope will be helpful to you in planning your event. Please also read the PAC Hall Hire Agreement (in two parts as Licence Memorandum and Licence Schedule). Please note that it is a condition of all hires that the hire must be covered by a valid public liability insurance policy.  If you already have a valid policy, you must supply us a copy of the Certificate of Currency which notes the interests of Penshurst Anglican Church on the policy.  For one-off hires, if you don't already have a relevant policy, then we can extend our policy to cover your event.  The Public Liability Insurance Form (One-Off Hirers) must be completed and payment of $61.86 (ordinarily $161.86 but subsidised by the Anglican Church Property Trust) must be made directly to our insurers, Ansvar Insurance Limited.

Church Sanctuary for Weddings (When wedding is conducted by Parish Minister) For details about 'Getting Married at Penshurst Anglican Church', please visit Guest >> Weddings.	$950 flat rate comprising: - Completion of Notice of Intended Marriage (Blue Form) - 4-week marriage preparation course - pre-wedding rehearsal - Set up on the day (flowers and decorations) - Conduct of Ceremony - Clean up and lockup - Administration costs NB. A non-refundable Deposit of $100 is required to secure booking. Balance is payable at pre-wedding rehearsal. Additional charge for organist: $100 for rehearsal $150 for ceremony
Church Sanctuary for Weddings (When wedding is conducted by celebrant other than Parish Minister)	$750 flat rate comprising: - Use for pre-wedding rehearsal - Set up on the day (flowers and decorations) - Use for Ceremony - Clean up and lockup - Administration costs NB.
